What to do when someone copies your trademark...

Happened to our client!

We got the call from a Denver restaurateur who learned of a new eating establishment with a name very similar(!!) to his own restaurant! We proceeded to contact the new restaurant to inform them of this trespass, resulting in their immediate cessation of all use of the infringing name. Through this swift action, our client’s trademark was protected.

For trademark protection, the best offense is a good defense.
