He also has experience with a variety of business contracts, including licensing and service agreements, as well as governing privacy policies.
While attending the University of Denver College of Law, David worked for the Forge Innovation Clinic, an interdisciplinary clinic which brought together lawyers, start-up companies, and engineers. As a member of the clinic, David advised clients regarding business formation, intellectual property, and technology licensing. He also provided contract and policy review for the University's technology transfer office. While in law school, David was an editor of the Denver University Law Review and published author in the Race to the Bottom corporate law blog. He also served as a Student-Attorney Liaison for the IP Law Society and was selected as a student member in the Colorado IP American Inn of Court.
David can usually be found in the office, with his golden retriever, Darwin, or out on a hike with his wife, Mikaela, enjoying the Rocky Mountains.
